La Matriarca has been in the building business for 6 years and throughout our experience we've been able to compile what we believe to be the best selection of materials, exterior building practices and customer relationship skills to not only create a local community but to ensure the structures we build will last a lifetime. Life in the Pacific Northwest comes with a ton of natural beauty and a very wet climate that can be harsh on our siding, fences, decks and any parts of our homes that are outside and made of wood. Through sustainable building products like steel, PVC and composite decking - together we can build a longer lasting, more recyclable and environmentally friendly Seattle. 

Our entry level deck services begin with our rejuvenation program. We know how harsh the PNW wet winter seasons can be on our home's most beloved hang out spaces. That's why we've developed a complete wood care system to address water damage and rot and ultimately provide a safe, well-protected finish on outdoor structures. Our team offers a variety of "Deck Rejuvenation" options with 100% bio-degradable, vegetation safe cleaning products. We work to bring the color back to old faded wood and seal with an exterior finish to protect it in the future. We are now offering new deck builds and re-surfacing complete with 3D renderings and coordination with our Project Directors before and during the entirety of your build. 

Our team also specializes in a variety of custom wood work including River tables, Live Edge furniture, cutting & serving boards, seasonal raised cedar planter beds and Montesorri style climbing triangles for kids. We dedicate and pride ourselves on supporting other womxn and small businesses in the Seattle area and volunteer with other small organizations like Young Women Empowered & Habitat for Humanity to promote and encourage access to the trades.
